Elizabeth separated from Darcy after another long kiss.
They have been betrothed for a few weeks and weather permitting have been meeting secretly at Oakham Mount every morning to watch the sunrise and spend some quality alone time together. Darcy's kisses have become much more intense and Elizabeth has decided it is time for an earnest discussion.
"Fitzwilliam, I think it is time for a discussion on liberties."
"Elizabeth, if I have offended you I am deeply sorry!"
"Sir, you misunderstand me. I have enjoyed our mornings immensely but I have noticed the increase in your attentions to my person and I believe also the increase in your frustrations as well."
Elizabeth gave a very coy look downward to Darcy's very engorged groin area. She put her hand up to silence him to let her finish.
"I assure you, sir, it is not a criticism and I have spent many hours thinking on it and forgive my impertinence but I have a serious question for you. What kind of wife do you desire in the marriage bed? What I mean to say is do you believe you would prefer a docile or passionate bed?"
Elizabeth knew Darcy was clearly taken aback by her questions. She gave him a minute to regain his equanimity and snuggled against him with her hands on his chest.
"Fitzwilliam, for once in your life I am asking you to not consider anyone but yourself, not even me, and tell me which you would desire. I assure you, sir, whatever your answer I will endeavor to exceed any and all expectations in this area."
"Passionate, Elizabeth, most definitely passionate."
Elizabeth smiled. She enjoyed watching the always so confident Fitzwilliam Darcy of Pemberly struggle a little.
"Very well, to be honest I am most pleased to hear it. On that score I have noticed you have been expanding your liberties with me of late and I think you will be happy to hear that I am now proposing an even further expansion of those liberties."
"What are you saying, exactly, my dear?" Darcy asked.
"Well, sir, I hope we can agree that the marriage act, for lack of a better term, is reserved only for a husband and wife?"
"Of course!" exclaimed Mr Darcy.
"Excellent then I am granting you everything else."
"What!"
"My body, Mr Darcy, is now yours to do with as you please."
Mr Darcy was trying to think of something to say but failing miserably so Elizabeth continued.
"Fitzwilliam, when I was a girl I accidentally found a book hidden away and when I opened it I knew it was not for a young girl's eyes and put it back straight away. Last night I decided to see if it was still there and it was and now I have read it cover to cover. It is an instructional book, of sorts, on marital relations, a very extensive and indepth one at that. I had no idea such things were possible.
She continued, "I do also have one request of you. I would also like your permission to have access to your body as well."
"You want access to my body, Elizabeth?"
"Yes sir, If we are agreed then I have every intention of relieving you of your obvious frustrations from now on."
