A group of agents were shooting bullets at a giant creature. The creature was actually a woman who had the ability of Animal Morphing. A person with this ability either is or can transform into animals, whether partially or completely, as well as use the abilities, traits and appearance/physiology of animals by rearranging their own DNA structure.

They are able to transform into animals that exist, alien animals and/or animals that are extinct, such as dinosaurs.

The person may have this ability from an empty genetic code, allowing them to accept any form from which they have a DNA sample; others may be able to alter their form mentally and change just by seeing and mimicking animal features.

The woman in particular had chosen Smilodon Physiology, meaning she is or can be transformed into a smilodon, an extinct feline that lived in North and South America. Although they were not very fast, they were quite strong and preferred to ambush their prey rather than chase. Their most prominent trait was their oversized, sabre-like canines.

In her 'Smilodon form', she had the following powers and abilities;

Climbing: The person was able to climb and otherwise move effortlessly and smoothly on angled and/or vertical surfaces, able to take advantage of any handholds they find, no matter how small, on trees, rocks, walls, etc. This is mostly done as a type of vertical ascent.

Enhanced Senses: The person also had extremely accurate senses, allowing them to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel better than an average member of their species.

Enhanced Strength: The person possessed a level of strength beyond that of the peak members of their species and usually in their verse. At base level, she would be able to lift heavy objects such as cars, large boulders, vans, and most other objects that are bigger than her in size. She would also be able to exert great physical force from various parts of her body (prominently through their hands), sending enemies flying through walls or breaking their bones instantly with a single punch.

Extinct Lifeform Physiology: The person is or can turn into an extinct lifeform. They can use the abilities of an ancient creature. She can reintroduce lost biological features from the past.

Plains Adaptation: The person is able to survive and adapt to all wide and open plains, ie. flat regions occurring as lowlands and at the bottoms of valleys but also on plateaus or uplands at high elevations, including tundra, prairie, savannah, steppe, veld, etc. As plains offer very little concealment, aside of vegetation (usually grass), plain dwelling animals have sharp senses, usually including exceptional vision, good speed and endurance.

Because most plains are subject to various harsh weather phenomena, especially winds and storms, wild fires and potentially flooding, plain dwellers either have to be able to get away from them or be able to survive them.

Powerful Bite: The person has a particularly strong bite, either because of sharp fangs/teeth, strong jaw-muscles, unusual jaw-structure (mandibles of insects, beak, etc.) or some other reason. Exactly what they can bite depends on the jaw-strength, resilience of their teeth/bite-surface and their shape.

Predator Instinct: The person possesses predatory instincts, allowing them to become masters of assassinating, hunting, manipulating, planning and tracking. One with this ability instantly discerns all factors of any situation and manipulates them so it's the most optimal and favorable for them, making them a master of manipulation, pursuit, and capture. This includes sensing what will happen and how to adapt to it, what move a target will make, where they are headed, and effectively manipulate the target, thus causing the target to inevitably play right into the user's hands.

Tusk Protrusion: The person finally either has or can generate tusks which can be used in various ways.

In her 'Smilodon form', the woman was 39 inches tall, 120 inches long, and weighed 882 lbs.

The woman was stalking a herd of whitetail deer. She crouched down on her haunches and waited.

Once her prey was spotted, she waited for it to come close, and then leapt to attack. When combating a foe, she bit and raked it with her claws. Upton nodded. "Here's the plan," she said. "Me, Nora and Naomi will tackle Rachel and Penelope Vasquez. Chen will handle Leila and Caris Vasquez with the help of Willow and Loriane. Sharmaine and Milly Vasquez will be covered by McNally, Chloe, Courtney. Burgess will handle Sierra and Rebeccah Vasquez with Kathy and Fiona. That leaves Lindsay, Rena and Star with Virginia and Georgiana Vasquez."

"Upton," Nora said. "The form says that Rachel and Penelope Vasquez were both studying at the dental field of Central City State University. We might be able to get some more information on them there."

Off in the distance, another woman had the power of Animal Morphing. Using the animal morphing power, she chose Avian Physiology, meaning she had the ability either is or can mimic/transform into birds, either every species, family, or a single species.

Using her Avian Physiology, she had Toucan Physiology, meaning she had the ability to either be or can transform into/mimic the traits/use the abilities of toucans.

The woman was Cadence Lux. She had caucasian skin, long blonde hair, blue eyes, was 5 feet 6 inches tall, 117 lbs, had an average body, natural 34B breasts, and a 14.5 inch long cock. She transformed into her 'Toucan form'.

Beak Protrusion: Cadence either has or can generate a beak, an appendage of an animal usually found in birds. Depending of the shape of the beak, it can inflict cutting, impaling or crushing damage.

Claw Retraction: Cadence can project/retract razor-sharp claws/talons of energy, bone, metal, keratin, etc., from her fingertips/hands/wrists/fists/feet for various (mostly offensive) purposes.

Enhanced Agility: Cadence can go from one motion to another effortlessly, effectively dodge attacks, swing from things easily, sprint, do back-flips, leap across rooftops, and numerous other gymnastic, athletic and martial implements with little to no effort. Agility is "the ability to rapidly respond or change by adapting its initial stable configuration", the ability to change the body's position efficiently, and requires the integration of isolated movement skills using a combination of balance, bodily coordination, speed, reflexes, strength, and endurance.

Enhanced Balance: Cadence has both extremely well developed sense of balance, the positioning of limbs and the center of balance as well as the physical condition to use these facts. This combination makes them almost impossible to being knocked down/imbalanced, falling down and able to recover from momentary imbalances near instantly. Cadence automatically achieves a state of perfect equilibrium in any position imaginable. Cadence are able to adjust her position by instinct, which enables her to perfectly balance herself on any object, no matter how small, narrow or unstable it may be.

Enhanced Endurance: Cadence can endure physical stresses beyond the capabilities of the greatest humans enabling her to do things such as operating on a "low power setting" (being able to operate efficiently for extended amounts of time), holding her breath for large periods, remain calm through stressful or painful situations, tolerate extreme hunger, unbearable thirst, and strong urges to sleep.

Enhanced Lung Capacity: Cadence has the ability to use the oxygen in her lungs very effectively, enabling her to hold her breath for extended periods of time while staying active. This may also include birdlike lungs that allow Cadence to keep her lungs constantly filled with fresh air.

Enhanced Senses: Cadence has extremely accurate senses, allowing her to see, hear, smell, taste, and feel better than an average member of her species.

Enhanced Reflexes: Cadence have drastically enhanced reaction speed, allowing her to dodge multiple bullets, catch flies in mid-air, dodge and maneuver around complex attacks, catch falling objects, block detriments and react instantaneously to what others take more time to react to like high-speed projectiles e.g. RPGs or sniper bullets as well as react to being with superhuman speed.

Hollow Skeleton: Cadence's bones are hollow, making them lighter, faster and more agile than she appear.

Jungle Adaptation: Cadence is able to survive and adapt to the unique challenges of a jungle. While closely linked to Forest Adaptation, there are numerous challenges unique to jungle-life. In fiction, rainforests are also included within the confines of jungles; survival in jungles depends on mastering multiple skills as well as finding a means to cope with hostile environments that are often full of disease, poisonous plants, dangerous predators and more.

Wing Manifestation: Cadence has or is able to manifest wings that grow or are attached to her body allowing flight. She may also protect from rear attacks or detach and re-grow for quick getaways.

Flight: Cadence can fly or otherwise move through the air using various methods. Some possibilities include using one or more forms of energy, wings or similar structures, harnessing anti-gravitons, or even mimicking or becoming an animal that can fly. Cadence are generally able to levitate, slide, and glide as well. Cadence can fly at high speeds without any outside influence, propel/move freely while flying without support.
