Sorry for the slightly longer wait this time around! Due to exams it wasn't possible to publish this chapter earlier, but I've literally worked multiple hours every single day over the last week to get it out ASAP - and now it is ready. I hope you enjoy!
A lot of time is covered in this chapter, and since you will be meeting every single girl of the Harem in this covered time, for some parts what has happened already will be told in past tense, while others have gotten some dialogue as well.
Basically, be aware that the tense might frequently change without much warning - I didn't think to create a special symbol just for this.

Ever since you were young, you've been in and out of the hospital for various illnesses. Your body always seemed to get infected very easily, and the reason for that turned out to be an immune deficiency. Your body's immune system is way weaker than what would be normal for your age, and on top of that, it fails to remember previous infections, meaning that it does not create any antibodies that would keep reoccurring infections at bay.
You've anticipated that something was wrong with your health and have created your own company "Futu'R'us" to fund your research for a cure. However, the official diagnosis was still a shock to you - and curing your condition would be no easy task considering that you aren't a medical professional. It would also not be cheap.
Luckily, while you were studying programming and robotics engineering at university, you met Mike. Despite you not being enrolled in the same study program, he seemed to take a liking to you - and later you hired him to take care of the financial and logistical side of your company.
You didn't have anyone else that you could consider a friend, so you confided in him. A good decision. Without Mike, your whole operation may have failed.
Mike found you a lot of investors. Sadly, some of them, who you met for the first time in a Strip Club, weren't the most law-abiding individuals. They agreed to fund your research, yet did it with very dubious methods: They basically just inflated your share value and used insider trading to skyrocket your companies value, generating a huge amount of wealth for Mike, you and themselves. Mike and you did not find out about this until it was too late.
Over time, you also found out that they had a more nefarious goal than simply getting rich beyond belief - although their actions were certainly motivated by greed.
They wanted to utilize your cure, which could turn off somebody's entire immune system, to blackmail the entire world.
Obviously, you never intend the prototype to be used like this, so after careful preparation, you planned to flee the country with Mike, buying yourself time to figure out how to deal with this threat.
Unfortunately, your departure didn't go as smoothly as you wished.
In the end, you had to flee in a red Ferrari through the city while being chased by armed soldiers - a scene which certainly caused some attention, leading to an article that ultimately gave away your new location. Although, given that you didn't travel with a fake passport, it probably wouldn't have taken your enemies a long time to find you.
You wish you could've gotten the police involved, but the whole situation just seemed too implausible to risk it. They would have never believed you. Maybe you would have even gotten imprisoned due to the financial schemes of your enemies benefitting you, even without your active involvement.
After escaping, you injected yourself with the newest version of the prototype during a heartfelt goodbye with your best friend Mike. Neither of you really knew if it was going to work, nor if you would ever see each other again.
You can control the prototype's function (the nanobots) via a phone app, and later developed a ring to do it, which you still wear on your finger.
You exchanged emergency phones, and then you watched Mike depart on his plane to Singapore. You escaped the city a few days later, heading to Los Angeles.
While you met the loves of your life, Mike did the same - although he only met one woman he fell for. To his surprise, she was an undercover agent for Interpol, and with her help, as well as the secret backdoor you left behind in your company's system, Interpol was able to take out the organization threatening your and your girlfriends' lives. However, in order to get more evidence, and catch an independent Hitman going by the name of Vileheart, you needed to play bait.
Mike and his now fiancé managed to capture one of the enemies top ranking agents, Lars Eriksen Halden, who sang like a bird and helped them lure Vileheart to your home. Due to Tina's previous visit, and not knowing exactly when he would arrive - the meeting quickly went south. You were completely caught off guard by his violent nature, and you were genuinely terrified of his threat to blow up your girls.
Luckily, he seemed to know almost nothing about the prototype he was supposed to retrieve from you - maybe your adversaries did not share more information because if they had, he would have known how valuable it is and likely just sold it to the highest bidder instead of bringing it back to them.
Either way, his torture left you in the hospital, where you confessed all of this to your girlfriends, earning mixed reactions.
Officially, the prototype was irreversibly destroyed by Leslie's and Emily's screams during a passionate threesome. However, you do still have the blueprints memorized, hoping that one day you can use them to help heal the world. Despite keeping this a secret from Interpol for now, you have every intention of sharing this secret with your girlfriends this time.
You are determined to win back their trust and you'll risk anything in order to do so.
The next day, Kyedae came to visit you, having her first, and immediately best, anal experience ever with you. You fucked her as if you weren't a hospitalized man, and vowed that you would make it up to all of your girlfriends. A task that would require some time.

Chapter 29: Making up with your Girls and Rescuing your Princess
Due to your passionate lovemaking with Kyedae, your hospital stay had to be extended. This is not a huge surprise for any reasonably thinking being, however when you were buried balls deep in the tightest asshole ever known to man, no reasonable thoughts were present in your brain.
Kyedae was screaming and moaning loudly enough for the entire hospital to hear, and during the rest of your stay, the doctors and nurses all acted a bit weirdly around you. You can't really blame them, given that most of them probably heard you fuck Kyedae's brains out or saw Sydney carrying her out to the taxi since she was unable to walk on her own.

While you did your best to be available via text to every girl every single day, messaging them and checking up on their feelings and emotions, being there physically for everyone just isn't possible. You want to do this properly, to take your time for every individual woman, and you informed the girls of this plan. They agreed that this was a good idea, and now all you can do is hope that they remain patient until you get to them. Multiple visits to the same girl are certainly intended, and any of them are free to reach out to you at any time.
To your delight, Miyoung and Tina are among the first to do so. Miyoung had already forgiven you during your original confession, and luckily it seems to have been genuine.
As she cuddles in bed beside you, she does admit to being hurt at first, however, she loves you, and she one hundred percent believes that you would never do anything to purposefully harm her.
If you thought keeping this secret for so long was necessary, she believes you. And now, she just needs a little cuddle time to soothe her wounded soul.
Tina gave very similar reasons, and her initial reaction was caused more by her being overwhelmed than actually being mad at you.
