Author's notes: this story has come about from a couple of Rule 34 pics I've found for
The Legend of Zelda
while at the same time I was coming out of the closet recently in being bisexual. This is also born out of my recurring theme that there are two sides to every story and sometimes the Hero is the Villain, and the Villains are the actual Heroes.
This story doesn't really follow or change any one story already established by the many titles within the franchise since I've taken elements from a lot of the different games... mainly
Ocarina of Time
and
A Link to the Past.
Instead, this is my own take on a Hyrule that could've been. So please, for the love of all geekdom, please do not smack me around with lore continuity.
Trigger warnings: I really hate doing this but because LE puts all the tags at the end for some odd reason and I've had people complain about my stories before, if you have a problem with any of the following, then please close this story and go find something else. This story contains elements of Dubious Consent, Cuckold/Cuckquean/Netorare, BDSM, Femboy, Impregnation, Gay and Lesbian, Harem, Slaves, Slavery, Arranged Marriage, maledom, femdom, and Bad Ending for Favorite Characters. You have been warned.
All characters depicted in adult situations are over 18 years of age.

CHAPTER 1:
Ganondorf Dragmire, or simply Ganon to others, sat on the throne of Hyrule regarding the small, greyish instrument in his hand. To think that this little thing had caused him so many problems until he was able to take it from his adversary's stunned, unconscious form and use it himself to set things right... to set things to the way they were supposed to be... before he was utterly destroyed. The transition of power went much more smoothly this time around. As before, Agahnim took over from King Roham Hyrule in his failing state of health and then when the kingdom started to suffer under Agahnim's rule. That was when Agahnim and Roham both called for Ganon stepped in to assist and eventually take the reins. Agahnim was a great wizard and an excellent advisor, but certainly lacked the tact and the cunning to actually rule himself and Roham eventually passed.
This time, however, when Ganon took over, coming back in time and taking the place of his younger, more naive self of events that had not happened yet, he did so, now holding a few more items than last time to legitimize his reign with the people as he went around the kingdom to the ancient sites of power to secure the relics before the people responsible for his downfall got them. "Bring in the traitors," he ordered his guards at the end of the throne room all the while tumbling the instrument in his fingers. The two Hylian Knights closest to the doors snapped to attention, saluted, and immediately departed for the dungeons. Ganon looked over at the nearby majordomo. "Send for the clothing and jewelry I requested and have them placed in the changing rooms I told you about."
"At once, sire," the majordomo bowed as he stepped back to remove himself from the room. It was another sign that things went more peacefully this time around, having the castle's staff and guard contingent recognize his rightful rule rather than feed off of the lies and propaganda that was spewed out by the traitors everywhere they went.
Moments later, the two traitors responsible for his original fate and his fall into darkness were brought in, bound at their ankles and wrists in manacles and chains, and by their necks in collars that had chains running to the knights behind them bringing them in. Both of them looked every bit as he'd originally remembered them; Princess Zelda, daughter of the late king, in her flowing white and pink robes and Link, the supposed 'Hero of Legend', in his forest leathers and green tunic. Their ice blue eyes glared at him as they were marched forward at spearpoint. If one didn't know any better, one could easily mistake them as siblings, as they sported similar height to each other and long blonde hair, instead of the lovers that they were. As they got closer, Ganon could pick out a glowing triangular symbol glowing on their left hands. It was the same symbol that he could now feel glowing on his left hand under his black leather glove; the symbol of the Triforce; the ultimate power in the land that each of them held a piece of. His was red, Zelda's was yellow, and Link's was green.
With one last flip, Ganon tossed the instrument and caught it in his hand. He smiled as Zelda and Link were brought before him. "Finally, the two most wanted criminals of the realm have been brought before me."
"We are not the traitors, Ganon," Zelda was the first to lunge at him, only to be yanked back by her leash. "You are the one who usurped my father's throne after you killed him!"
"The people will not stand for this!" Link also challenged him but was wise enough not to do a headlong charge at him like his girlfriend did. That was what made him a dangerous foe; he was as intelligent as Ganon was, if not more so, and was definitely of the calculating sort. Had Ganon not escaped their fight that would never take place now, Ganon had serious doubts of his own survival.
But Ganon refused to rise to the bait this time. That was the one thing that allowed chaos and darkness to enter him, feed off of the Triforce of Power that he held in his heart, consume him, and turn him into an evil, vile monster. Even now he could hear the seduction of the Triforce calling to him to reach out and take the other pieces, but he knew that to give into those whispers of unlimited power would send him down the same road to ruin. No, he was the master of his destiny and he would do things right by having the Triforce of Wisdom that Zelda held, and the Triforce of Courage that Link held, given to him willingly so that the three pieces would then be in balance and keep him the way he was; the charismatic, peace loving leader of the joint Hylian and Gerudo kingdom. The realm would thrive under his leadership if he kept his emotions in check until he had all three pieces of the Triforce within him.
He smiled broadly at them. "Your father and his advisor both invited me here, Princess," he said matter-of-factly. "Your father was a great man whose death is mourned by many across the realm. I think that you do him a disservice by spitting on his last wish that his kingdom and their people be taken care of." Ganon then turned serious. "I have been placed as the legitimate steward of this land whereas you two, simply put, are criminals and traitors."
"We are simply trying to depose the man who murdered the king and put Princess Zelda on the throne who is the rightful heir!" Link shouted, now straining against his bonds to get free. Ganon couldn't help but smirk at the lad's bravado. Take away all of his toys and weapons and he's just all talk. "Who are you to call us traitors to the crown?"
"Let me see here," Ganon said thoughtfully, ticking off the points on his fingers. "I was invited here, I was appointed to this position, the staff all have recognized my claim on the throne, the people recognize me as their king," he explained. "Whereas you two hooligans have torn this land apart in your incessant search for relics to depose me without cause, rampant murder of my soldiers, wanton destruction of countless pots and crops all while searching for rupees to fund your insurrection and terrorizing numerous chicken herds like it is some kind of sick game to you. I heard that you were run out of Kakariko Village by a whole flock of them after you hit one chicken one too many times. Do you deny any of these crimes, '
Hero'?"
"I had to do what I had to in order to survive!" Link said, weakly defending himself. "If' I'd found the Master Sword..."
"Ah, yes, that," Ganon stood and pulled the Master Sword out from the scabbard on his back, much to Link and Zelda's shock.
