A single road stretched from the hotel all the way to the entrance in a perfectly straight line. On either side of the road were amenities and special facilities. Closest to the hotel was the kids' center: a whole facility geared just for a safe space for kids to roam freely, where kids of staff and permanent residents attend school, and where they won't accidentally wander too close to any sexual activity. Directly across the street was a theater with two screens and a stage, to host screenings and put on plays as guests wanted to. On the north side of the street, athletic facilities of all kinds scattered across the entire length of the road. Courts for every sport, a gym, a pool, all accessible for guests of all ages. There was also an art studio and a photography studio.
On the south side of the street were facilities minors weren't allowed in. There was a separate photography studio for boudoir shoots, and an entire sound stage for people who wanted to shoot sex tapes or other fun erotic projects. A separate gym for pole dancing and yoga. An entire spa facility filled with saunas, hot tubs, and massages (all with erotic elements available for those who want it). Room was left on this side of the road in case any further facility needs would arise to satisfy our guests' sensual desires. Between all these buildings and facilities wound beautifully maintained gardens and walking paths.
The bounds of the property ended at the narrow stretch of land where the peninsula joined the mainland. An intricate cast iron fence stretched from cliff edge to cliff edge, with a heavily watched gate in the middle. No one came in who wasn't wanted. Similar security precautions were maintained on the other end of the peninsula. Watchtowers and patrolling boats watched out for anyone trying to access the beaches or take long distance photography. The skies were surveyed for drones trying to catch a peek.
Finally, the shining stars of the resort were the beaches. An elevator shaft on the north end of the hotel plunged all the way through the rock down to a cave behind the north beach. Steps were installed in the sides of the cliff, from the top down to the beach as a safety measure (or if people wanted the exercise). The north beach was the family friendly side. Absolutely no sexual activity was allowed here. Part of the lifeguards' duties on this beach was to monitor for violators of this rule and remove them from the beach. Guests, no matter how much they spent here, would get a single warning, and if violated, would be banned from the resort.
Against the sheer rock face that bordered the southern part of the beach was an entrance that lead to a sheltered cave that led to the south beach. Guards were posted here to make sure minors did not come into the cave unaccompanied (or at all for certain events in the cave). A stage was built on the west side of the cave, the muffled rumble of the ocean faintly heard through the concave cave wall. The structure was just right to produce incredible acoustics spread out to the sandy floor of the rest of the cave. Warm electric lights were run all throughout so the cave glowed softly. All ages could come in during the day (minors must be accompanied), but after dark, it was adults only. Burlesque, strip shows, and sex shows for performed here, as well as the occasional orgy.
On the far south side of the cave lay the entrance to the south beach. Guards were maintained always, for no minors were allowed access at any time. This smaller beach was for open sexual activity. Everywhere past the entrance guests participated (actively or voyeuristic) in any kind of sex imaginable. While the lifeguards did keep an eye out for swimmers, they mostly observed that consent being given at all time, for both active participants and onlookers.
I was fortunate that Carice van Houten helped get the word out while construction happened (her to Sophie Turner to Taylor Swift, which then circulated among celebrities like wildfire), and I developed much interest to hit the ground running on day one. It was an understanding among prospective guests that I asked for rates commensurate with their money and status. I asked more from Taylor Swift than I did from Melissa Benoist for example. I worked out all these deals myself, and no one raised any fuss. Because of that, I developed a friendly relationship with every guest before they even showed up at the resort. It also increased the likelihood of repeat customers.
While celebrities were the main clientele, they were all entitled to bring three friends outside of their family/significant other. I loved that even these big names still actively maintained friendships with regular folk, and it helped keep the place lively. NDAs were signed by all, but enforcement was barely necessary, since everyone knew to keep a secret like this.
When the time came to open, I had a full staff of eager and friendly people of all ages and genders, and a line of guests in their cars waiting to come in. I breathed a sigh of relief as I threw open the gates and welcomed everyone in. This was the start of a beautiful project.
