This story is not for everyone. I began writing it on request from someone who want a story about a cheating girlfriend. While I myself do no condone cheating, I am proud of the story I have written, but am always open to reading constructive criticism.

You lift your head up from your paperwork and check the time. The urge to pound your head down into your desk becomes overwhelming as you notice it's still only 9:36. 'Why do Wednesday's take so long?' You think as you try to stay focused on being productive.
Meetings, emails and all the other nuances flood your mind as you try to get on top of your day, but the passion just isn't there. You haven't pitched a new product line or ad in weeks and your boss is beginning to notice the slump.
It was easy when Chris was still around. He was a work friend that you could easily bounce ideas off of. But you're happy he took the new job across town. He'll do so well there. But who are you supposed to talk to around here now? Claire? Fuck Claire! She thinks she can so obviously flirt her way to the team lead position and everyone would just be cool with her?
"Abby..."
'Oh shit. Did I say any of that out loud?' You think as you look around to see who called your name. 'Well fuck, theirs Claire. But who is he?!'
"Hey, Abby. We got a new intern to replace Chris." He technically starts tomorrow, but is taking the time to start getting to know the office today so he can dive right in." The man trailing slightly behind Claire reaches out his hand for a shake.
"Hi, I'm Joe." He says. You take in the sight of him. Tall, tan, a muscular frame that fills out his shirt and a hint of some tattoos that poke out of the cuffs on his sleeves.
"Hi. Uh, Abigail." You say, slightly flustered, instantly noticing your more than usual smile. You take his hand for a firm shake and notice his deep brown eyes as he hold your gaze.
"It's nice to meet you." he says, returning your smile. "I guess I'll be working next to you?" he gestures to the open desk adjacent to yours.
"Oh... yeah. I guess so." You say. "Sorry, I'll have to move all my overflow crap off it. It'll be clear by tomorrow."
"Thank you. I look forward to working with you then." you notice him give a slight wink in the eye opposite from Claire and continue to hold your gaze.
"Eh-hem!" Claire interrupts. "Well, I'll show you the rest of the area." You notice she puts a firm grab on his bicep and pulls him away, shooting you what could have been a catty look as she turns.
'That bitch! Is she trying to claim this hot piece of fresh meet already?' This doesn't distract you enough to not try and get a glimpse of his butt as they walk away. 'Good lord, that's fit. What was I thinking earlier about being focused and productive?'
Your thoughts trail for another hour before you snap back to reality as the thought of Kevin pops into your mind. A million thoughts are running through your head: 'I already have a boyfriend! What am I doing? But Joe looks so much like my super-hot ex, and plus he doesn't seem like an asshole... oh my god this is so bad. I should really be focused on working. Maybe just another quick peek!' You turn to see Joe stepping out of the restroom, finished with the tour of the office. He absentmindedly adjusts his crotch thinking nobody is looking. 'Oh my, what a package under those pants!' You snap your head back and stare at your work, but you can't help but discreetly press your fingers into the crotch of your tights as you think about what you just saw.
"Hey, Abigail." you hear suddenly from nehind you.
You turn abruptly with a shocked smile. "Joe! Hey." 'How the hell did he get right there? He definitely saw that. Play it cool.' You think as you notice for some reason it just makes you more wet. "I was just thinking of you."
"Thinking of me?" he says, keeping a smile, but a puzzled look coming across his face.
"Well, yea..." you begin, flustered. "I mean, you're the new guy and nothing ever happens in this boring place. So.... what's up?" 'Fuck! Could I make this anymore awkward?'
Joe smiles wide, showing a bit of teeth now and nodding. "Ah ok. Well, I like to get on a friendly relationship level with my coworkers and so far you have been the friendliest person I've met today. Would you want to get to know each other a little better this evening? There's a hole in the wall Mexican shop with delicious salsa and chips down the street?"
