Thank you for reading this and the previous part: Ashley Thomson, CPA. This chapter continues their story from their wedding night, when John was about to take Ashley doggy style. It is told from Ashley's point of view.

I appreciate comments. If you mark a story as a favorite, please take time to give it a rating.

To those who find joy

The last time we made love on our wedding night was--in some ways--my favorite. John completely dominated me!

Doggy style. Face down as he pummeled me. He had a great view, but I had none. I couldn't do anything but absorb his powerful thrusts.

I LOVED IT!

Who knew I would love that with John? I laughed at myself. Conservative, careful CPA. Wild between the sheets. In truth, I hadn't ever been that way, until John. It wasn't just John; it was how much I love him.

----------[]----[]----------

Two weeks before our wedding, John was meeting with Max, a client, and mentioned we were getting married and leaving on our honeymoon.

"That's great, John! Where are you headed?"

"Salzburg. You've traveled a lot in Austria, haven't you?"

"I have. Candid advice?"

"Absolutely."

"I recommend waiting a month, maybe 6 weeks. The onset of Spring will make for a better trip. Right now, you're going to land in between ski season and Spring. Mud season. You'll be fine in Salzburg, but it will be prettier in a few more weeks. You really should spend a few days in the Alps. That's where the timing matters the most."

"That's worth thinking about! Anything else?"

"I love Vienna. I've gone to Austria for two weeks for each of the last 40 years, except during the pandemic. I usually stay 4-5 nights in Vienna, 3-4 nights near Salzburg, and then use about 3 nights to visit someplace new."

"Max, would you be willing to spend an hour or two with Ashley and me and talk about this? I'd insist on paying you for your time!"

"John, I wouldn't think of taking your money!"

"I'll be offended if you don't take it."

The next afternoon, John and I sat with Max in one of our conference rooms, where he could spread out maps and have his laptop connected to a television, so he could show us photos.

He was a lot of fun and knows Austria like no other! He found out we liked dancing together, and recommended we take a couple of lessons in the Viennese waltz, while there. He showed us photos of Vienna and told us a little of its history.

He went on to say he had a few favorite hotels in Vienna, and a couple of favorites in or near Salzburg. He also said he could recommend specific things we should see, including a couple of walking tours in Vienna and one in Salzburg.

John and I decided to cancel our existing plan for Salzburg. We would still have our boat wedding night and then fly somewhere for a couple of nights. Then we would travel in late May, after tax season. We gave Max the dates and he agreed to make us a detailed plan. John insisted on paying Max $500.

A few days later, Max emailed us an itinerary. We fell in love with it and made plane reservations immediately. Max wanted to make the hotel reservations for us, because he knows the people.

----------[]----[]----------

After the marina, we ordered an Uber to the airport, where we caught a flight to Chicago. We reserved a suite looking over the city. The weather forecast was bad, but we didn't care.

We had two objectives for our honeymoon. Lots of fun sex (to make sure John had a smile when Amy saw him next). That was first. The second was a little embarrassing to both of us. We needed to sit down and have a better understanding of what money we had. Both of us were CPA's and we failed to have this talk before we married!

We had our priorities straight, though. We hadn't even unpacked when John undressed me and himself, and we made wonderful, sweet love. We were both smiling. Had Amy seen us right after that, she would have been impressed.

----------[]----[]----------

After unpacking and finding some dinner, we sat down at the dining table in our suite. About three weeks earlier, at my insistence, we had executed a pre-nuptial agreement. I insisted because of John's children. I never wanted money to come between me and them.

We set it up in such a way that everything we had was our separate property, but allowed for any amount of commingled funding, like in a joint bank account or investment held jointly.

John told me he expected Amy and Brett to receive almost $500,000 each when they turn 25, and another $600,000+ each at age 30. These were from the same trust that Jessica received money from.

We decided to focus on what each of us had. We just rounded off everything for our purposes.

John:

Cash - $225,000

Investments - $960,000

401(k) - $470,000

TOTAL - $1,655,000

Value of home: - $850,000

Value of boat: - $300,000

No debt

Ashley:

Cash - $185,000

Investments - $680,000

401(k) - $115,000

TOTAL - $980,000

Value of home - $780,000

No debt

Future trust distributions:

At age 30 - $1,200,000

At age 35 - $1,500,000

I think both of us sensed we had a lot, but now we knew it.

This allowed us to make a lot of planning decisions, but I had one in mind we didn't discuss. I figured, when the time came, we could talk about it.

The two big decisions we made: Sell both homes and buy another together and move to joint ownership of our current cash.

----------[]----[]----------

That night, I came out of the bathroom wearing a sheer white bra and tap pants, with nothing under them. John loved running his hands all over my tush and my back. He was turning me on without kissing me or undressing me!

Once we got down to it, I rode him and his big erection until we both came.

We fell asleep naked. I love sleeping next to John.

We went out a couple of times the next day. Once we took a cab to the Hancock Building for the Chicago 360 experience. The top of the tower. It was so much fun to stand there and look at the tiny skyscrapers below us and the tiny cars on the streets!

John kissed my neck as we stood there. I turned and hugged him.

"Babe, I miss the kids. Can we call them tonight?"

"Right after sex, so we're both smiling?"

"Perfect. But dressed."

We were only going to be gone a couple of days, so we decided to trust Amy and Brett to take care of things. We arranged rides to school for them, and there was more than enough food.

We made love after lunch. Afterwards, we lay in bed, naked. I got up and looked out the window. The weather looked nice, so we decided to do a little shopping on Michigan Avenue.

We wanted to find something for Brett and Amy, but that was proving difficult. Nothing from Chicago would mean anything to them. We decided instead that each of us would find something for them in Austria.

At about 8 that night, we started a video call with the kids. I was laughing over Amy's first words.

"Dad! You're smiling!"

Amy and I have similar senses of humor. She gets me and I get her.

We used our phone to show them our views from our room and the room itself. We overlooked a thong on the floor. Amy was all over that!

"Is that where you threw it, Dad?"

I was doubled over laughing. John was blushing. Amy and I are going to have a lot of fun as mom and daughter!

After our two nights in Chicago, we flew home, took an Uber to the marina, and drove home. Brett and Amy ran out the door to hug us. I loved having an instant family!

We had a little under two months before leaving on the big honeymoon, so it was back to work. On our first day in the office, all the partners threw us a surprise Welcome Home party in one of the conference rooms. They made a big deal over presenting me with my new name beside my office door and new business cards:

Ashley Thompson Abrams, CPA

I stood in the hall outside my office and looked at my name. I was so happy!

Then it was back to work. Individual tax season. Long hours. Now, however, I was more relaxed about going to John's office to kiss him!

----------[]----[]----------

My period didn't happen. I didn't say anything to John, but I was on pins and needles. I did a home test. Negative.

Two weeks later, we were sitting at dinner, the four of us.

"Oh," I said. "I forgot to text all of you something."

I took out my phone and pressed send on the waiting message.

The other three took out their phones and stared at the photo. It was Amy who called it first!

"Mom, are you pregnant?"

I put the tester on the table. John grabbed it and looked. Then he stood, pulled me to my feet and kissed the hell out of me!

Amy and Brett were cheering!

I explained that I needed to see my doctor to verify it and calculate a due date. Then it would be another month or so before we get a sonogram and find out whether they were getting a brother or a sister.

Amy wants a sister. Brett wants a brother. No surprises there!

That night, John held me in his arms. There were tears in his eyes. I understood. He thought he was done having children, and now he and I were having a baby!

----------[]----[]----------

During the following month, I had two new experiences.

The first was not fun: morning sickness!

A few days later, as I was kneeling at the porcelain throne, I kept thinking the same thought, over and over: Billions of women have done this before me. Then I realized many of them died in the process. I threw up again.

A couple of weeks later, I had the second new experience: the sonogram. John and I sat in that little room, anxiously waiting as the technician adjusted the image.

A healthy girl. I cried.

It was suddenly so real, seeing our daughter!

----------[]----[]----------

It was soon mid-April. I knew our trip to Austria was coming up in a month. I was going on that trip, or I would die trying. At that moment I was puking again, so I figured either outcome was equally likely! Fortunately, my office was close to a bathroom. The other girls in the office knew immediately what was up as they watched me running with a hand over my mouth!

I had to chase John out of the bathroom the first time I threw up at home when he was nearby. He wanted to come in and pat my back! I wasn't as kind as I should have been.

"Get the hell out of here!"

I had to apologize later. We also made love.

Fortunately, my morning sickness was getting less frequent by the 1st of May, and totally over the week before our big honeymoon. If it hadn't been, I would have stockpiled those barf bags on our plane. I was going on our trip!

----------[]----[]----------

I was so excited as we packed for our flight the next day. We were flying United to Dulles, and then Austrian Airlines nonstop to Vienna. We would arrive at about 8 am the next morning.

John bought us first class tickets! It was unreal! So different from first class on domestic flights. A seat that laid flat and became a bed. The only bad thing was not sleeping next to John, naked. He said they frown on that.

When we landed, John had arranged for a private car to meet us and drive us into the city. We were staying at the Do & Co Hotel, which faces the front of St. Stephen's Cathedral. Max had reserved the Deluxe Suite, which is behind the curved façade of the hotel and features a 180-degree view of the Cathedral and surroundings. It also had a shower and a Jacuzzi! Yeah, I knew John and I would sit in that. Rather, I would sit on him in that!

It was breathtaking. We also had a reservation at the Do & Co Restaurant. When I checked the ratings, I learned it is one of the best in the city.

Our four days in Vienna should have been eight. There was so much to see. It was clear to both of us why Max loves Vienna. He had mapped out a walking tour for us. That took two of the days, but it was all within a half mile of our hotel!

It also took two days because we had private waltz lessons those days, to learn the Viennese style. It is faster than we are used to, but includes wide, sweeping turns. Very elegant. We had a blast with our instructor. It became one of our best memories.

I had never experienced such a concentration of history and culture. I think I wandered through the city with my mouth open most of the time.

We made love with the curtains open and with all the light reflected from the cathedral at night illuminating the room. He was looking into my eyes as he slowly entered me, drawing out my pleasure. Teasing me with shallow thrusts. Then he plunged into me, and I screamed.

I don't even know how to put into words what I feel when his big, hard cock is sliding in and out of me. It's unlike anything in the world. It's fabulous!

Afterwards, I held John in my arms and spooned him. We were naked of course, loving the feeling of skin on skin.

We also had sex with a closer view of the cathedral. I stood at the window and John fucked me from behind. Ravished me! I was deliriously happy as he came inside me.

We did make use of the Jacuzzi. With the jets going and hitting my pussy, I stroked John to a fine edge of hardness and then sat on his rod. I almost came immediately.

I didn't last long. After I recovered from my orgasm, John grabbed me, carried me to the bed and threw me on it, totally wet still! He turned me face down and ravished me again from behind. I came again and he roared as he filled me.

I told him not to move. I loved how his weight felt on me. Dominating. That's a key word in my sexual pleasure!

Ashley Thompson Abrams, CPA and Submissive

I wrote that out carefully and told John I wanted to change my business cards. He told me to talk to the new managing partner.

----------[]----[]----------

We took a taxi to pick up our rental car. It was a luxurious Mercedes. More expensive than either of us would ever buy, but a lot of fun to rent. Diesel, with amazing speed and agility. It had navigation and the rental agent set the navigation language to English for us.

John programmed our destination near Salzburg, and we loved the Autobahn. Three hours and change full of fabulous road and a lot of speed. The default speed limit was 130 kph, which is a little over 80 miles an hour.

It turns out sex with me is not all that makes John smile!

Max wanted us to stay in St. Gilgen. He said the hotel was a fraction of the cost of the one in Vienna, but more genuine. A true Austrian 4-star hotel, Gasthof zur Post. We had a room at the top of the hotel, with a wrap-around balcony, allowing us to view the towering mountains and the lake, Wolfgangsee. (We thought they were towering. A few days later we knew better!)

"John, this really a slice of heaven. It's not crazy over the top, just wonderful and cozy. I could see us coming here again."

That night we slept under a thick down comforter. Holding each other. Happy.

The next day we spent in Salzburg, one of the most beautiful cities I've seen. We used Max's walking tour and walked for 6 hours, less a few stops to rest, and one to eat in a restaurant that dates back to 803 AD! I looked it up later. Charlemagne ate there and someone is his traveling group wrote about it in a journal he kept.

(After we got home, we were driving somewhere near our home and saw a business sign: since 2023. Not the same impact!)

Max told us to visit Hallstatt the next day. If we only followed one of his suggestions, that would be the one. John and I both felt that was the most beautiful place either of us had ever seen. Dark lake, village clinging to the mountain and reaching down to the lake, towering peaks surrounding it!

We ate lunch at a table down almost at water level. It wasn't the fancy food of Do & Co, or even of the hotel we were staying in, but it was our favorite lunch of the trip. Incredible beauty.

That night, back in our room, we talked about our kids. The idea I'd been thinking about since we married was on my mind and this was a good time to suggest it.

"John, I want to bring Amy and Brett here. Can we do that next year?"

"I don't see any reason we can't. You're due in December, so our younger daughter will be about 5-7 months old. Maybe you'll want to work on another by then."

I was laughing over that, but he might be right!

"Can we call the kids tonight? Tomorrow is Sunday, so they might be at home now. What time is it there?"

"Let's see, it's almost 9 pm here, so subtract 7 hours--2 pm there."

"Let's call!"

We got them on a video call. All four of us were happy. Amy pointed out John was still smiling. True, but it doesn't tell the whole story!.

"Mom, how are you feeling?"

"Amy, I'm doing fine. No more morning sickness. We've had a wonderful time. An amazing time. I can hardly believe the beautiful places we've seen."

"Hey kids, Ashley and I were talking today while we ate lunch--I'll post a photo here after our call--and we realized how much we want you to see this country. Would you like to spend two weeks in Austria with us next year?"

It was as if a bomb went off! To say those two were excited would miss their intensity by a wide margin.

"When do you guys get home?"

"We leave here the day after tomorrow, then we have three days driving through the Alps and heading back towards Vienna and the airport. I think we arrive Friday."

"Good. We miss you."

John and I looked at each other quickly.

"Thanks, Amy, we miss you and Brett, too."

After we got off the call, I looked at John.

"They miss us! How is that for cool?"

----------[]----[]----------

Max had suggested two things for the next day. He said we had to visit a castle--Burg Hohenwerfen--and to be sure to see the raptor show. He also said if the weather was good, we should take a boat ride on the lake at St. Gilgen.

The castle was wonderful, located in a narrow valley with towering peaks above it--some of the most rugged mountains we saw on our whole trip. We toured the castle, highlighted by climbing up to the bell tower, where the view was almost hard to believe.

Then we watched the show with the raptors, from falcons up to large eagles and vultures. The handlers launched the individual birds into the air to fly across this magnificent area just below the castle, but still high on the mountain. Sometimes the birds landed near us. The wing of a vulture even clipped John's head. We had so much fun, we immediately knew the kids needed to see it next year.

It was cool and windy when we got back to St. Gilgen. We skipped the boat ride.

When we left St. Gilgen, we drove around Salzburg, then south, past Hohenwerfen, then east, then south at Zell am See. We drove over a high alpine road built in the 30's. At its highest point, the signs at a viewpoint identified 30 peaks over 3000 meters. That's about 9800 feet or higher.

That road was something else we wanted the kids to see!

We spent the night in Heiligenblut, in a room once occupied by an emperor and empress. The tallest mountain in Austria is at the top of the valley, and the village is spectacularly beautiful, like so much in this country.

We spent two more nights, slowly making our way back to Vienna from the south. So many fairy tale villages and one of the best castles ever. I forgot the name, but it stands on a hill and has fortified gates leading up the mountain.

On our last night, I came out of the bathroom wearing a sheer white bra and thong. We made love twice, gasping for air each time. We fell asleep holding each other.

----------[]----[]----------

Flying back from Europe is usually a daylight affair, all the way. During our flight, I thought a lot about the past year. I had been watching John's struggles following Jessica's death. Everyone in the office knew of her death, leaving two young children without a mother.
