The Joy of Sin Vol. 01: Lust

We appreciate all of you that have taken the time to read our cream pie recipe. We hope you have tried it out with good results. Our cookbook can be found at all major bookstores and online. We are especially proud of our recipes for, clam sauces, cream sauces, tacos, donuts, sausages, hot dogs, and cherry pies, just to mention a few.

Eve and I are also involved in a lot of other different projects these days. As you can imagine we have seen a lot over the millennia. So we are introducing a new series of self-help books. Here is a preview one of a series of the volumes coming out soon

Appendix 2 Fetishes

In the beginner's lust chapter, we learn simple skills. We suggest you first practice lusting for someone close by, or famous person, someone you won't actually have a real relationship with. This could be a fellow office worker, neighbor, handyman, friends spouse, actor, actress, perhaps even a sister or brother or other relative, if you have that kink. The latter works well as a matter of convenience.

This shouldn't be difficult, as we know in fact, you lust after someone already, more than likely. Admit it. Come on. Admit it. We know you have your eye on someone or several people. We are just going to help you bring this to a new level of lusting. That's what this book is all about.

Fantasizing: this really is the key component of this chapter. The imagination!!

Now the Bible says

You have heard that it was said, 'You shall not commit adultery.' But I say to you that everyone who looks at a woman with lustful intent has already committed adultery with her in his heart. If your right eye causes you to sin, tear it out and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body be thrown into hell. And if your right hand causes you to sin, cut it off and throw it away. For it is better that you lose one of your members than that your whole body go into hell.

However, we take the opposite approach. Fun, fun, fun. So keep those members, the eye, the hand. Really, would you want to walk around without an eye or hand. Lust, lust, lust, think about banging that woman or man. Just do it. You are on your way!

Now as for fantasizing. I am sure you are doing some of this already. Thinking about holding them, kissing them, taking their clothes off, making love. Ok, fair enough, but pretty basic. Kick it up a notch. Short on ideas what to do. This website is a good source for all the naughty things you can do with your object of lust. Anal, BDSM, Exhibitionist, Fetishes (see Appendix 2 for ideas), Gay, Lesbian, Mature (we know you have been eyeing the old lady or man across the street), Forced sex (see legal disclaimer at the beginning of the book).

Ok, for the dim witted of you out there (most of you, I am afraid), we will give you an explicit example of a beginning lust fantasy exercise. Dozens and dozens more can be found in Appendix 1.

As stated above, think of a person you can truly lust over in your mind. Come on do it! Don't read these stories like popcorn. This is serious! Close your eyes and think of someone!! You may have to think about several until you come across, The One. The neighbors husband, that girl at the coffee shop, the guy in the cubicle next to you. Maybe even a famous actor or actress. You will know when you find them.

DO IT!!

Now when you can find some time to be alone, at least sufficient time to bring yourself - have an orgasm - this could be leisurely in your bed, or a quickie in the bathroom stall at work. That's right you are going to play with yourself while thinking about your fantasy lust person. This is called Conditioning, like Pavlov's dog. You will associate pleasure with your fantasy person, and eventually become addicted.

Ok now close your eyes, and start fantasizing about your lust partner. See every detail about them. Eyes, lips, face, breasts, pants bulge or camel toe, body, legs, every detail, their scent, their voice. You two are together. Really together.

This is where personal preference comes in. Do to want to do in a bed? Be sucked off? Do it outdoors? Be watched? Have your vag licked out? Be tied up? Whipped? Forced? So many choices! (Again, see Appendix 2 for ideas if you can't think of any on your own)

Now don't be lazy! I know you! You will get nothing from this book if you don't do the exercises. So stop right now and fantasize! Lust after your fantasy partner.

DO IT!!

And very, very, very, importantly get yourself off!! At the very least edge yourself. Remember CONDITIONING!!

Now that feels good doesn't it. And think about what you are doing to them, or they are doing it to you. Feels so real doesn't it. And you get shivers and shakes as you get yourself off at the same time. SO SO GOOD...

And as will be detailed in the exercise chapter 5, you need to build your lust "muscles" up. Start with concentrated lusting at least three times a day, for ten minutes, Think about on your desire to have your (preferably kinky) way with this person. Be creative. You will find your lust muscles will grow week by week. The distance factor will only enhance this desire.

You will be adding more and more sets and lusting time each week (see detailed tables and graphs in Chapter 5) until, well quite frankly, you are lusting 24/7. You won't be able to get the person out of your mind. Not for a second. Now your job, relationship or marriage will suffer no doubt (read warning label at the beginning of the book), but that is what true Lusting is all about. Total commitment. Even when making love to your real partner you will be fantasizing about your fantasy lust person.

Positive indications the system is working may include the following: day dreaming, neglecting your family, friends, job, other activities, following your lust partner around (read disclaimer concerning any legal action resulting from reading this book).

Yes, and you will be bringing yourself or edging all day long as you fantasize about your lust person. Yes, compulsively masturbating while you think about them. All day long.

EVERY DAY - ALL DAY

So good, isn't it!!

Until you have reached this stage with a distant object of desire, do not proceed to Intermediate Lusting. You need to bring all the experience and knowledge with you to the next level.

No Cheating...well you cheat don't you...again, we know you very well...this topic is covered in Volumes 7 and 8 of this series. You can do better in those areas too, if you follow our instructions. You can be a better sinner as a result!!

Intermediate Lusting

In Intermediate Lusting, we get down to having an actual lusting relationship. We suggest starting with just one person and building up from there. Perhaps start with an affair with a neighbor, or office worker. There are many online dating services, and some that cater to your particular kink. Happy hunting.

Many of you will be stuck in beginning lust for some time. Intermediate lusting seems too risky. But I assure you if you follow the program the compulsion to make it real will be so great you will take the next step. You know you want to do it. Start today. I can assure you there is someone out there having exactly the same thoughts you are, looking for you. You can Lust together!

Lust, lust, sin, sin...mmmmmmm

Advanced Lusting

Now you are moving on to prostitutes, gang bangs, being in porno, unsafe sex, losing your family, your job. This is your ultimate goal. Total submission to lustful thoughts and action. Compulsive sexual behaviors. It is now your life.

If you get this far, congratulations. You are guaranteed a place on level two of hell.

Though we think you can do better than just Lust. Lower levels in hell await you, with further commitment. Please read our other volumes which will be coming out soon.
