Candi was just your average high school graduate. Well, if the average high school graduate was a buxom blonde who was as dumb as a brick. Every single one of her teachers passed her either because they didn't want another year with her, or they loved her inappropriate hugs when she got a passing grade. Now that she was done with school, Candi was ready to start her own life. Her Daddy made a deal with her. If she could survive out there on her own, starting with a single suitcase and $500, then she could stay on her own. If she couldn't and needed her Daddy's help, then she would have to stay and work for him.
Candi was determined to make it. $500 was more than he ever gave her to go shopping, and she was sure she could fit all she needed in just one suitcase. She spent some of her money on a bus ticket to take her to the big city. She sat next to a very nice older man the entire way. He asked her if she minded if he slept on her chest since he left his neck pillow. He had neck problems, and was sure her chest would just be the best substitute.
Candi was 5'1" with an hourglass figure. Her hips and butt were big, while her waist and legs looked like they came off a Barbie doll. Her boobs were size 34 DD, and they sat perfectly perky on her chest. Candi was used to men looking at her boobs or body when talking, especially men. Candi, beyond being dumb, was far too trusting by nature. This made her extremely gullible, which is what the man on the bus was hoping for.
Candi, of course, believed the older man and let him lay his head on her chest the entire bus ride. She thought he must have been an active dreamer because he kept squeezing and drooling on her boobs while he slept. She didn't complain. He must have really needed such a good sleep. Plus, Candi just changed her shirt once the bus finally pulled into the city. The man disappeared before Candi had a chance to say goodbye.
Now, Candi knew she needed a job and a place to live, she just wasn't sure which to find first. She looked around at all the tall buildings and couldn't tell which ones were businesses and which ones were apartments. The bus pulled away before she could ask the driver for help, and she sighed. Candi just decided to pick a random direction and began walking. She would just pick a building and go inside soon, right? No big deal. Candi continued walking with her single suitcase, high heels click clacking against the pavement for some time. She was just considering calling her Daddy to give up when the rain came down.
Candi squealed and ran inside the closest building as quickly as she could. She was standing in a room with some metal boxes to one side and a couple doors with numbers on them and a set of stairs leading up. Trying to determine what kinda building she was in, she didn't notice a man looking at her from behind the staircase. The man was staring at the very wet, once white, now see-through, crop top of the barely legal girl in his lobby. He debated just standing there and beating one out, or taking a chance to introduce himself. She had a suitcase with her, so maybe she was visiting someone in the building.
"Excuse miss, can I help you?" The man decided to step out of the shadows. The girl looked up at the pot-bellied man with the greasy, balding hair and gave a genuine smile. She did not seem to be shallow or judge books by their covers.
"Oh hi! Yes. You see, I just got to the city, and I wasn't sure if I needed to find a job first or an apartment first." Candi told the man very matter-of-factly. He just stared at her for a moment, wondering if she was serious. Her eyes screamed innocence and naivety and her smile remained genuine. He couldn't believe his luck.
"Well, little lady, I happen to have an opening here if you still need an apartment. My name is Frank." He held out his hand, which she took to shake.
"Hi Frank! I'm Candi. And do you really have an apartment for me?" Candi asked in a hopeful tone. Frank licked his lips as he eyed the sweet figure of the girl with such a bimbo name.
"Of course, follow me." He led her into the office space he had under the stairs. It was small and cramped. He had a desk with an office chair on one side and a folding chair on the other. He gestured for her to take a seat in the folding chair, which she obliged. Frank took his place in the office chair, thankful to hide his growing erection as he stared at this teen's wet shirt.
"So, can I move in like today?" Candi asked excitedly, hoping to get all settled in so that she could go job hunting. Frank smiled at the naΓ―ve girl. Generally, you can't just move in the same day, but he actually had an apartment already ready.
"Actually, yes. The apartment has been empty for a while now as it was my show room for the building. So, I just need this month's rent and a deposit, and then we can fill out all the paperwork." Frank answered in his usual business-like tone, trying desperately to look anywhere but Candi's voluptuous chest. He rubbed himself just slightly over his pants, trying not to make it obvious to his new tenant.
"Okay. Well, I only have $450. Is that enough to cover everything?" Candi was fishing in her suitcase for the envelope of money. She hoped Frank wouldn't need all of it as she still needed food and clothes.
"Oh, Candi, no. That doesn't even cover one of those things individually." Frank felt for the girl. No job and only $450 to her name. She would be on the streets. That kind of money could maybe get her a couple nights in a motel in a city like this.
