For those who don't know what a vac bed is, it's where a person is trapped between 2 sheets of latex with an outer frame, quite simply plastic tubing, the sort they use in plumbing, slotted together in, generally, a rectangle shape, larger a person. A large latex bag is then slid over the piping, the bag is sealed except for the opening for the person to climb into and generally a small hole for the breathing nozzle and another for where the vacuum cleaner attaches.
The plastic tubing has several small, drilled holes which allow air to be sucked through them. The vacuum cleaner nozzle connects to the piping and withdraws the air. The person will climb into the latex bag, have somebody else seal the section they have just climbed in through, generally with a long bar rolled around the latex and secured with bulldog clips.
Once the person is in the bag and their mouth is in line with the breath hole, the vacuum cleaner is turned on, withdrawing all the air, essentially vacuum packing the person inside.
