Chapter Five
Sam awoke early Monday morning. HIs mind focused on the agenda for the day. Getting Già set up into her office, her system set up with the appropriate credentials to start on her tasks. He drove to the gym the two guys had recommended, realizing it was in fact very close to the University. Sam checked in and signed into a membership not having seen the equipment, the young woman had sold him on what the gym could offer him with her words alone. She gazed at how buff he was looking him up and down. She gave him three months free as a trial and walked him around to get familiar with where the lockers, showers and workout areas were.
Classes were available to sign up for if he chose to do yoga or other body toning workouts. He asked if she attended the college, she assured him she did and had plenty of her friends already signed up. Before letting him change and do his first workout, she had looked at him, unashamed and confident, "I see you are not married, you'll do very well here, Sir." She turned, giggled and walked her way back to the front desk.
Sam took his bag into the lockers to change, the girl's words running into his mind, 'Not Married'. Yeah, he was single again and feeling free. Sam was a 6" 3" man, olive skin, making him look constantly tanned. His bearded face was always trimmed close, like his dark hair on his head, full and showing no sign of balding. His dark, brown eyes, always made women blink as if he was a vampire mesmerizing them into his will. If and when he smiled, his broad teeth would shine through his bearded lips. 'Single and needing someone, that is for sure, and perhaps why I am here...", he thought to himself as he walked into the weight room, focusing today on his arms.
He found a bench, adjusted the bar to hold 200 lbs on each side. He sat to his back from those weights, looking across the room at the early arrivals situating themselves. A young, slender girl in a yellow top and yoga shorts, worked her arms with light weights, eyes had darted over to him. He took note of her, laid back, gripped the bar, gritted his teeth, legs spread wide while his feet planted firmly. He huffed, the bar lifting slowly, the burn immediate in his arms, down to his thick neck, pecs bulged down to his pack of abs.
He worked that bar up and down ten times, panting while the young woman gasped in his direction, seeing the lack of a jock-strap, revealing his limp, yet dangling cock between his thighs, peeking out his short leg. If he had read her thoughts, seeing her wide eyes and dropped jaw, it would read, 'Holy fuck, that man has a monster between his legs!'
The young woman put her weights down, walked to his bench, hoisted the bar up with him and guided it back to the rungs to set it back in place. Her firm, round breasts before his eyes. Sam looked at her, smiled, "Hey, thanks, you did not have to do that, you know?"
"Yes I did, actually, I am a personal trainer here and you, sir, are handling way too much weight for your first visit here. Jenn, at your service." She thrust out her hand, a beam of a smile on her lips, her pony-tailed hair dangling over her left breast.
Sam sat up on the bench, his arms ripped revealing the strain in his muscles, yet his hand folding into hers was gentle. "Pleasure to meet you, Jenn, I am..."
"Sam, I know," she giggled towards him spinning around the weights on the bar and set her little ass down on his lap. "Now, you are going to have to let me sign you up for my personal massages after such a workout, Sam. I will not take no for an answer." She leaned into his ear, a soft whisper so only he could hear, "I also see you are packing, Sam, mind if I get you a jock strap to handle that... errr... you know? I don't want the gym to get reports of any lewd appearances of any of our, ummm, 'members'." She stood, wrapped her hands around each bulged out arm, swiftly kissed his nose and walked back to where she was.
Sam sat there bewildered by what he just experienced. Never before has anyone been that straight forward to him, never a girl that gorgeous and fit, never a woman that confident in her ability to control a man. He stood, walked back to where Jenn was, "Noted," he whispered to her, "where do I..."
"It's on the wall by the door, my number, that is, feel free to use it.... Anytime." She purred that last part out keeping her blue eyes on his gaze.
All Sam could do at that point was go run this off on a treadmill, making sure he saw where those names and numbers were posted. He jogged ten miles, wiped his brow, walked by the wall, noted the number and left to shower, change and get ready for work. 'A successful first day at the gym", Sam thought to himself as he laughed at himself for being told to wear something similar he had also told Già to. Instead, he told himself, he would just find a bench that was not facing anyone's eyes next time. He refused to wear a jock strap, just not his thing.
Monday morning Già sighed and shoved the tail of her blouse into the waistband of her skirt. Sleep had eluded her last night. After signing the NDA her head spun with thoughts of the prison life she was surely facing if she got caught. Mr. Brighton did not seem like the forgiving kind. She shivered. Her thoughts were interrupted by a knock on her door. Lily walked in with a glass of gray slop in her outstretched hand.
"Here Love, I made you a Happy First Day at Work Smoothie."
"Uh, no thank you", Già swung her leg out keeping a distance between them. "That looks disgusting." Già eyed the glass wearily. She had flashbacks of her last episode with a smoothie.
Lily pulled the glass into her chest. "Yeah I know, but it still tastes good. " Lily raised the glass to her lips and took a sip.
Già wrinkled her nose, it certainly didn't smell good, she shook her head, and walked past Lily into the living room where she had left the papers and his gift. The papers were nearly stacked over the Claussen box, easy to swoop it all up and shove it in her leather bag. She hadn't known Lily had followed her out until Lily spoke.
"So uh, did you change your mind about keeping it?"
"NO," Già stated, grabbing the stack of papers off the table.
"So, what? You're just going to wear it until you get to work?"
Già turned to Lily. "Huh?" She didn't really have time for Lily's games right now. "What are you talking about?"
Lily took another sip of her drink and pointed to Già 's neck. She lowered the glass, a huge smile on her lips. "I think you forgot something, Luv," she winked.
Già lifted her hand to her neck, her fingers fell over the delicate chain and charm. Well fuck, She had forgotten she was still wearing it. She frowned. "Help me get this off," she spun around and lifted her hair off her neck. "PLEASE," she pleaded. Lily obliged, the necklace spilled into Già 's cupped hand.
"Are you sure about this Luv?" Lily whispered behind Già . Già nodded although she was screaming 'no' inside. Lily put down her glass and helped Già arrange the necklace in the box, she giggled as her fingertips caressed the rich burgundy satin overlay.
Già had no idea what Lily found so funny about this situation. "Care to share?" She asked her BFF.
Lily placed the lid and handed the box to Gia. Her blue eyes twinkled, "it smells like you". She burst out laughing at the horrified look on Già 's face. "Something to remind him of you."
Già grabbed the box and shoved it in her bag. she felt the heat in her cheeks rising. She closed her eyes and took a deep breath. 'Please just let me get through today.' When she opened her eyes, Lily's blue ones were staring back at her. Lily hugged Gia, turned and walked back towards the kitchen still laughing.
