New Rise

This is a fictional Story, which includes fictional characters any instance of any character matching personality traits or names with any real-life person is just a coincidence.

in this story, we will be trying to create a base for our fantasy world which will help us further to develop the fantasy world of Female-domination and femdom.

This series is going to be a dark femdom themed, if you are not comfortable with the violence, bloodshed, slavery, and forced non-consent thing then you should not be reading it and if you are fine with all this stuff then you shall hop right into it.

This chapter will revolve around two main Characters Mansi Singh and Shikhar Kumar who are both in their early 20s and are studying at the same university in India, Mansi is 1 year senior to Shikhar in the college, and we will also introduce some side characters as the story moves forward, also we will not be getting too deep into the story in this chapter as this will be the marking the outline of the world we are going to explore.

In this part our main focus will be on the Political aspect of the story along with some instances of violence, crime, and the mental breaking of some characters, so hang on tight we will be going for a long journey of surprises.

It is the day of freshers at the university hundreds of freshmen sit in folding chairs facing the stage. It's freshman orientation. On stage, the college president addresses the crowd through a microphone.

Everyone was socializing with each other and having fun getting to know more about the campus and everything else, Shikhar spots Mansi talking with her friends and he could not take his eyes off of her, he could not control his curiosity, he asked one of the guys nearby about her, he responds with excitement "she is Mansi Singh she is the daughter of one of the biggest trustee of the college, also all the things in this campus is basically run by her so don't get any funny ideas around her is you want to stick around."

He moves on from any idea of approaching her and gets involved with other stuff.

Shikhar is chatting and enjoying drinks with his friends and he feels a pat on his shoulder, as he turns around he finds Mansi herself meeting his gaze, he quickly gets up on his feet and greets her respectfully "Hello Ma'am, I am Shikhar," he formally introduces himself but was a bit reluctant in talking with her.

Mansi tried to ease nervousness a bit by taking him with her for a walk, "Don't worry I don't bite!" she said playfully preceded by a warm smile, Shikhar smiled back and they kept walking.

"So I hear you have a big name in this college," Shikhar says hinting at her popularity due to her father.

Mansi smiled and put her hand on his shoulder "Oh so you have already heard that, don't worry I don't fixate myself on all that, I hope you don't do too, anyways I have kept you for so long I guess I will leave you with your friends and if you need any help or anything at all you can contact me," Mansi left him with his friends and then went on to do her own things.

Some days passed, and Mansi and Shikhar started getting close to each other, soon they became best of friends, they started to spend most of their time with each other talking, fighting, and making fun of each other and bonding over their shared political ideas, soon Shikhar moved in with Mansi as she had a bigger house, this brought them closer with each other and they soon fell in love with each other.

As their love became stronger she started to have behavioral changes as she became manipulative and controlling in their relationship, she started keeping him away from any of his friends because of her jealousy and overprotectiveness for him.

4 Years later:

A few years passed and they kept on getting closer despite the fact that she was too controlling in their relationship, both of them graduated one year apart from each other and went on with their lives, they decided to form a small political party in their district in the hope that one day they could win some elections and could bring the much-needed changes in the corrupt system of the country.

They started recruiting members for the party some of the prominent people were Ajey who was a local journalist who was influenced by their ideas, and Muskan another person who joined their party not because of the ideas and the fight back against the corruption but because of her obsession for Mansi, she was a total fan girl for her and wanted to achieve everything she has in her life so she followed her footsteps and joined the same college where Mansi studied and then later joined their party, so other prominent members were Sakshi, Sonia, pooja, Amit, Amir and many more.

A few months down the line, the recruitment drive was over and they had a remarkable man force to start the operations, so now they had to decide the name of their party, after a lot of brainstorming they came out with the name "New Rule Party" (NRP), it was widely accepted by all the leaders of the party and they got banners and flags printed out with the name and the logo of an Iron fist.

A Party office was set up in the district named Indore in the state of Madhya Pradesh, they had a few conflicts in deciding on the president of the party, as both Mansi and Ajey were ready to take up the role and none were trying to fall back, they had a huge argument with each other on who shall be the best fit but later the conflict was resolved by Shikhar as he too supported Mansi to be the president of the party as she can be a real asset in the fund's generation for the party.

Operations of the party began smoothly, people were given their roles to follow and they started to get recognition from the people of the city, Mansi took over the office work of the party and took control of the fundraising and other party workings, Shikhar along with Ajey took on the groundwork they started working with the people on the streets trying to help them with their issues of water, electricity and any other conflicts they could solve, soon they both became a household name of the city and everyone in the district started getting influences with their good work on the ground for people.

As they kept on working together their friendship became stronger and prominent and they started spending a lot more time with each other practically they became brothers to each other, and their name was always taken in one sentence and not apart from each other they both complimented each other's personality as Shikhar was a calmer and iron-willed man, and Ajey is a more twisted person with a bit of short-temper his own ways to get things done, they were loved by all but Mansi as she started getting jealous of Ajey as she could only get so much of Shikhar's time but he was with him the whole day long, she took out her frustrations in the party meeting by scolding Ajey in front of everyone for small things, which made their relation more fragile.

The popularity of the NRP started growing outside of Indore and spread all over Madhya Pradesh, so Shikhar started traveling all over the state for rallies and railing up the party workers, this gave Mansi total control of the internal workings of the party.

Mansi tried to run the drive for funds but was not that successful they were not even able to meet the expenses of the local operations but now as they were planning for state-wide campaigning so they had to have more funds, so she decided to take the darker route and she started cracking deals with some local gangs, some Mafia syndicate and made a strong connection with the underworld, she promised them support when they come to power and they provided them with funds to come to power.

5 Years later: 2035

It is a year of election in Madhya Pradesh and NRP and Shikhar are campaigning with full force throughout the state, Mansi is focusing on the administration of the party, as time has passed she has become more and more corrupt she has joined hands with most dangerous of the people to get money for the party, her greed for power and money has reached it's all-time high now she has also started to steal the wealth from Party funds under some shell companies, anyone who ever questions her method of working or even spots small irregularities in the accounts of the party is fired by her some are even dealt with by help of her connections in the underworld, she has become a ruthless criminal who is only focused on working for her comfort and power.

Mansi has hidden all of her criminal works from Shikhar too as he will never approve of any of this and it can end their relationship she does not want to risk it, but nothing is stopping her from doing it as she has developed a misandrist mindset throughout her political career, she has started to hate each and every man in the system as she thinks they are holding her back and she is determined to take away power from the hands of men and take it in her own hands when the time comes.

Mansi has successfully placed people who she can trust in the higher rankings of the party except for a few exceptions like Shikhar and others as she can not throw away him because she loves him most in the world, Mansi has not only established her connections in the underworld but has also started a mafia of her own under the name of "Blade Family" they have a huge network of human trafficking, drugs and a lot more they are now among the top criminal groups of the country, this is not only helping her with the money but also she is using them for threatening or even eliminating people who come in her way for power.

Soon the elections were over and NRP was expected to win the elections in each and every poll of the country, but it was a night of struggle and conflicts as NRP was about to take their first step towards taking real power and bringing some change in the State.

It is the night of the meeting where senior leaders of the NRP are going to decide who will be the Chief Minister and which members will be getting which portfolio in the government.

The conference room was set with desk microphones set up on the table, media was covering the meeting from outside the party office and seats were filled with big leaders like Shikhar, Ajey, Muskan, Sonia, Sakshi, Amir, Amit, and many more table was headed by the President of the Party Mansi herself, She turned her mic on "my fellow party members, today we might have just created history with our hard work and passion for the cause, all of us come from different places, some from bad some from better, but what matters is that we fought for the same cause, none of us could have imagined 5 years back that we could reach here, and i think all of you deserve applause for it."

The room was filled with applause and cheers for each other and the environment could not have been more happier and cheerful.

Mansi again spoke with confidence and charisma, "But the work is not even half done, we have to make sure that what we fought for should not go in vain, so as all of you know I have called this meeting to nominate some of you for the post of the Chief Minister, and I remind all of you that we have to focus on what will be best for the party and not ourselves."

People in the meeting room started suggesting names most prominent of those names were Shikhar, Ajey, and Mansy respectively, Shikhar was not happy with his name being tossed up so he spoke up, "Look I know you all think I will be best for taking up the role but I would have to sincerely deny the opportunity and would back off from the race as I believe in being a kind maker and not the king," he said jokingly.

As Shikhar backed out, Ajey was voted by most of the people as he was the most popular after Shikhar, Mansi was so furious with this decision that she did not even announce him formally to the media and just concluded the meeting and went home.

Mansi could not let this slide away as this had been her dream since the start and she could not let this opportunity get away, so she decided to take matters into her own hands she contacted her connections in the underworld and asked them to deal with Ajey.

A few hours later Shikhar comes back home, Mansi and Shikhar enjoy dinner together they try to remember their college days and how they used to think of times like these, as they were talking they see a news anchor on the TV saying " Braking news prominent member and a big leader of a political party Ajey Sahu had been found hanging dead in his own apartment with a suicide note saying he was involved with the underworld and was secretly working with them but was found out by the president of the NRP, she tried to stop him from doing all this but he had already come so deep that there is no backing down so he had to take his own life." Mansi quickly closes the TV and both of them go to the party office and call an emergency meeting with a big leader they decide mutually that it will be in the best parties' interest to not keep any connections with Ajey and they shall use this to their advantage and portrayed that Mansi had already asked him to leave the party after considering his actions.

NRP dodged a bullet, Mansi got what she wanted, and now no one could stop her from doing whatever she wanted as the biggest obstacle in her way was dead, now party workers wanted her to be the chief minister but she proposed the name of Sonia instead, as she wanted to remain at the center and not just focus on some state, Sonia assumed the office and kept on working for Mansi like her slave working at her every command.

Madhya Pradesh became a state of crime and corruption, people were unhappy, and crime was at its highest, the poor were getting poorer, and rich were getting richer, and Mansi was filling her pockets with cash, Shikhar tried to question her about the wealth she was making but she always made some excuses and asked him to trust her.

NRP kept on gaining popularity throughout the country despite their poor performance in the state of Madhya Pradesh but people liked Shikhar and trusted him, so they kept their faith in them, A few years passed Shikhar and Mansi got married to each other, it was the biggest event of the year, as she spent hundreds of crores on the marriage, it was a big point of discussion in the media whether someone who is talking about poor should be able to spend so much money just for some marriage.

10 years later: 2045

The popularity of the NRP was at its all-time height throughout the country, people were fed up with the current government and it was the year of elections at the center, NRP was destined to form the government all eyes were on Shikhar as he was being projected as the next Prime Minister of the Country and the Media as well, but Mansi did not like all this as she wants all of it for herself she did not hate on him for this but she still wants to be the one as her misandrist mindset is at an all-time high, she is determined to become the Prime Minister of the nation and bring this country to a radical change by making women superior to men and bringing in total dominance throughout the nation, but she could only achieve this if she could become the Prime Minister.

A few months down the line results of the elections were announced and NRP got the biggest majority ever, the nation was ready to welcome Shikhar as their next prime minister, the stage was set, media was covering all his movements, but he had planned something else as he announced in the party meeting that he shall not become the Prime Minister as he wishes to work from the background and he again made his kingmaker joke, all the party workers tried to convince e him but nothing happened he did not change his mind and proposed the name of Mansi for the Prime Minister, she along with all the people were shocked as no don't thought of her being the prime minister, but no one could deny his wish as he is the reason they won this election.

Mansi took oath as Prime Minister, and Shikhar took oath as the internal affairs minister, all the other major portfolios were distributed as per the wishes of Shikhar as the defense was given to Amit, Finance was given to Shreya, education was given to Taniya Forigne affair was given to Minakshi, and some not essential ministers were allowed to be picked by Mansi, but she did not care at all as she was more than happy to be the prime minister as she did not imagine that she could get to it.

The newly formed government of Mansi was already being questioned as the media suspected that all the shots were called by Shikhar and not the Prime Minister herself, which was true as Mansi could not even pass a single bill in the parliament without clearance from Shikhar as all the people used to follow his commands in the cabinet, she was getting more and more frustrated as the first year of her government was about to pass and none of her ideas of taking the country towards the female-supremacy was working as she could not reveal her true intentions and nothing can be done without Shikhar's approval, so she decided to take matters in her own hands.

Mansi made Shikhar involved in a lot of work she kept on putting lots of work on his shoulders and made him busy with the work of government as well as the party so he was not able to focus on the working and decision-making of the cabinet, then she started digging out the dirt on the major cabinet ministers like Amir, Amit, Shreya, Taniya and Minakshi, she started blackmailing some of them to do things as she asks them to, and some of the ministers were exposed in media somehow about their past and then she got reason to fire them and then put her pawns in their places which gave her total control over the working of the cabinet.

Mansi knew even if she had control over the cabinet she could not overrule Shikhar right now as he was a very influential and honest man so she decided to go slow with her plan and slowly take one step at a time towards total female supremacy.
