Ch. 07: Kate Is Placed in Charge

Kate realized that Jan's painful nine-stroke caning administered yesterday with the special cane her stepmom had been given by SFC Linda at the re-training center stood the 19-year-old well in her family. Since she was getting less popular with her siblings and father because she was serving as Jan's deputy disciplinarian, she took solace in what otherwise was a shameful scene. Kate was surprised at this incredible turnaround. She enjoyed disciplining the rest of her family, including Jan. There was something in her that liked to be in charge. Jan indicated the seriousness of her appointing Kate by advising all of them that Kate would effectively become the "responsible woman" in the family. In the Women's Republic the responsible woman had to approve all official forms that men were required to file regularly for their employment and residential status. Not filing because of non-approval could have a man sent to a retraining camp.
Kate informed her father and brother than they would now be required to wear special pink panties under their trousers instead of male underwear. Neither was pleased at the order, but they did not find the power to argue with her about it. They were unhappy but did not want to feel her cane on their bare bottoms or worse. They did not then realize that they would feel it anyway.
At the first family meeting that Friday after dinner, Kate announced that everyone would be spanked and caned to encourage good behavior from then on. "I may lose control, I'm sorry," Deirdre replied, on the edge of tears.
"I'm terribly sorry, Dee," Kate then answered, "but you know the way this works/"
It didn't take more than another minute for Deirdre to let out a little cry and then the others watched with mixed emotions as a yellow rivulet ran down her leg and quickly puddled at her feet. Her face had turned white from fear rather than embarrassment.
"You know the rules, Dee," Kate said calmly. "You need to come with me now to the bathroom."
When they arrived there, Kate said, "You will be diapered, Dee. It's merely to make sure you learn to exercise bladder control."
Deirdre was very resentful but did not show her displeasure at the shame her younger sister had visited upon her. She was also highly aroused by Kate's declaring that Dee would be diapered. Then Kate took an adult-sized diaper from the cabinet and directed Dee to stand and remove her panties.
