This is the 3rd part of the series, you can read it in isolation from the other parts but it would be nice if you read the 1st part as it will help you to understand the series of events that led us here.

All of the characters and places in the story are fictional and shall have no connection with any real-life person or place any sort of similarity is just a coincidence.

This story is inspired by another story on the same platform, I don't quite remember the name of the author.

This story contains a lot of violence, non-consent, femdom, and BDSM, if you are not comfortable it is up to you to read it or not.

In this chapter, we will be covering the story of a young man named Eric Walterman, who is living in a city called Rister, he is a college student and works at a local supermarket to earn some money. This story will be from the perspective of Eric, we will be playing g as Eric, and let's see how we deal with things happening around us.

Year - 2050:

Erick walks through the same small alley daily, as it is a shortcut for him to reach his house from the local supermarket, around the corner there is a small bar, where Eric meets with his friends daily after a long day of studies and work.

Eric gets inside the bar and sits on the table around the back door of the bar, where he and his friends sit together, after waiting for some time his other friends arrive too.

"Oh, Heney look who shows up today," Francis asks rhetorically while getting 3 glasses of beer from the bartender.

"I told you I was busy with some work."

Henry and Fransis sit in front of Eric, "You look tired, did you get another job," Eric asks Fransis while sipping from Beer.

"No, I mean no one is willing to give some high-paying job to any man, all of those cunt want to save some taxes over helping people, I guess I will have to start looking for some D-grade jobs at some supermarket, no offense dude." Francis looked frustrated so I did not say anything to him.

"None taken dude, I know you are struggling with things and I am not proud of my financial situation too, so anyways where are we going this weekend," I said with excitement on my face.

While we were catching up with each other, someone turned on the TV, it was Mansi Singh on the news she was addressing the nation, "What does this bitch want to say again?" Francis screamed, everyone looked at him and asked him to be quiet.

"My fellow citizens, since I have been elected to run the office, we as a community have taken so many steps toward true equality, but our hard work will be in vain if we can not control the unhinged-destructive population of the country, and unfortunately there is no way to find out who are those among our own." No one had any idea where she was leading with this. all I knew was this can't be good like every other new legislation or policy she made.

"We are happy to announce a new policy called custodianship scheme, under which all the people who are suspected of creating violence and unrest in the country will have to get a legal custodian for themselves, and all the people who want to be custodians will have to register themselves at the lock custodian centers which will be set up in every city, to regulate and check for any foul-play, or illegal activities a custodian police force CPF will be formed who will have stations like you have police stations in your cities and they will be given all sorts of powers they need, so we shall again rise above the challenges and make our nation proud."

Mansi concluded her address with that and television was turned off immediately by the bartender as people were not buying drinks and were just staring at the screen. Everyone started talking about what they had just here, Francis was sure that it was yet another scheme just like the reservation thing to mess with men.

"Come on Francis didn't you just hear she said suspected people, it can be anyone even women can be suspicious, don't be sexist."

Henry tries to lighten up the mood but it does not work.

"why are we talking about this, these things are for people from big cities, do you all really think anyone cares about anyone from our city, I bet no one from the outer side of our city knows the name of this town." I am confident that it was not a big deal and we didn't have to care for anything at all, and we were going to forget about it in a couple of days.

I had enough drinks and I did not want to pass out in the bar, so I called it a night and walked off to my house, where I passed out as soon as I landed on the bed.

The next day I woke early as we had a big day at the store and I had to take care of the arrangements at the groceries section of the supermarket. I left my house at around 7 in the morning and walked the same path I had been using for the last many days, but it was a bit too odd today as one of the abandoned government offices was being cleaned and re-colored, I tried to ask one of the people who looked like he was supervising the work.

"What is all this you guys are doing? Last I heard these offices are no longer in use."

"I don't know about that, for all I know this will be the new headquarters for some new police force, that is all I know/"

I tried to ask a few more questions to him but he was busy with his work and I had to go to work, everyone in the store was still talking about last night's address to the nation of the Prime Minister, but none of them seemed to be worried about it as they were certain that no one cares for people of such small towns.

By the time I returned to my house at 9 at night, the headquarters was completely rebranded and made to look a lot cleaner, it had CPF hoardings around the building.

Today has been a tough day for me, I didn't want to go to meet with Francis and Henery but they kept calling me on my cellphone and I had to go.

The bar had a lot more crowd than usual, it took me a lot of time to spot Henery and Francis standing in a corner, I grabbed a few bottles of beer from the bartender and joined them.

"See, I told you this was another mega scheme to ruin us folks," Francis spoke as soon as he saw me.

"Oh, please don't start that rant again, I told you a lot of women politicians and feminists have also got the notice, so it is not as you think it is." Henry and Francis were fighting over something I had no idea about.

"Will you people care to tell, what are you both yapping about?"

Francis lashed out, "We are talking about the notices people are getting across the city," as I was about to ask about the notices he spoke again, "This new police station they have set up near your house is sending notices to people across the city saying that, they have to get a custodian for themselves within next week, and if they can not find one they have to register themselves at the station to get a custodian via government scheme."

"Then why the fuck you are worried? Did you get the notice too?"

Henry replied, "I didn't but he got one." He said pointing at Francis, our conversations came to a halt and an awkward silence hit us out of nowhere as I had nothing to say to comfort Francis who was clearly having a mental breakdown.

"Look things can't be all bad, don't worry you will come around." I tried to talk some sense into him but he didn't bother to reply, just kept thinking to himself, we tried to hand around for a few more minutes and then all of us got up and left for a house without even talking to each other.

My face turned white, leaving my jaw wide open, as there was a paper nailed to the door of my house, saying 'NOTICE' in bold letters.

I tore it up and took it inside, in hopes that no one would have seen it by now, as I had no idea what to do now, i called Francis don't he phone and told him, "I got it oo, Francis, I got it too, what do I do now help me what shall I do."

Francis tried to console me but I got numb and could not hear what he was saying, after a while, I hung up the call and then tried to come to the realization that it was what it was and I had to deal with my situation my self, I looked at the notice, looking for what I have to do next, it says that You have been found as a threat to the authorities and you might be a big problem for the people of this country in the future, so you hereby are requested to find a legal custodian for yourself, and if you are not able to find one for yourself, you are instructed to reach the closest CPF station and report to them, you will be listed in the government scheme to get a custodian, do not try to leave the city or hide away from the authorities, You will be reached by the authorities in 24 hours.

My situation as of now seems to be pretty bad, as I am not able to think straight and am trying to contact a few lawyers but none of them is interested in taking up the case of someone who has been served the notice, soon I got tired due to the stress and went to sleep.

Next thing in the morning, I hear a loud banging on my front door, "CPF open up!" I got up quickly and got to the door, as I opened the door I saw a woman, wearing a skin-tight satin shirt, Black latex leggings, and knee-high leather boots, she had a few files in her hands.

"You are Mr. Eric Walterman, Right?" She asked with authority.

"Yes, it's me, I am Eric, but who are you? I don't know you." I asked her curiously.

"I am Officer Jessica, sent here by the Department of custodian control police." I am so confused, is she here to take me with her? Or is she here to arrest me?

She snapped her finger on my face, "What are you thinking? No wonder someone like you has to be looked after, anyways here are your papers." She handed me one of the files from the stash she had in her hands.

"These are the guidelines you have to follow, till you can find yourself a custodian and further details will be provided once you have found a custodian for yourself, I will need your passport, and driving license."

I was not sure why was she asking me to hand her such private documents, "Is it really necessary officer? Because I don't think you can ask that from anyone."

Before I could say another word she put her hand on the holster, signaling me to go back inside and bring whatever she had asked me to get her, I gathered all the documents and handed those to her.

"Also remember that you are not allowed to leave the city or country in any way possible be it airway, roadways, or waterways, if you are found leaving the country you will be punished severely."

She handed me a new ID card, "This will be your regular ID card from now onwards, it has your details and in the future, it will have your custodian's details as well when you get one, you are ordered to have it in your possession at all the times when you step outside the main door of your house, if you are found without this, you will be considered an illegal citizen and will be treated in the same way."

Before I could ask her anything else she left, I closed the door and sat on the couch in the living room, reading the file she gave me, it is a total carp, full of total bull shit about being an ideal citizen and stupid ways on how to approach any woman to become my custodian, the whole file had an absurd amount of pages so I left it on the table and went to sleep again.

I did not go to work today, I called in for a personal day but I have to go to the bar to meet with Henry and Francis to decide on the further course of action.

In the evening we decided to meet and went to the bar, we sat together and began discussing our situation, Henery revealed that he also got the notice today.

Francis was furious at the system, "See I told you guys they will pull all men in this trap and will essentially make us their slaves, they are just giving notices to some selected woman who is against the government scheme and all the men are going to get the notice sooner or later." At this point, I couldn't agree more.

"But what do we do from here?"

"What do you mean what do we do? Isn't it clear we have to leave the city as soon as possible?" Francis said.

"Dont you watch the news or what? all the borders of the city have been sealed and CPF is on patrols across the city." Henry said.

"I don't care about all that, all I know is I know a guy and he is ready to help me, I can take you too as well but you have to decide now because we are leaving at 3 in the night, you guys have 3 hours to think about it." Francis looked confident with this idea of leaving the city.

Before both of us could say anything, the manager of the bar came to us and said, "Sorry guys I know you are our regular customers, but may I see your IDs?"

Francis and I pulled out our IDs, Henery did not have any, "Sorry guys but you don't have a custodian yet so you are not allowed in this bar, I am really sorry but can't do anything, these are the new guidelines for the business across the city. And your friend here does not even have an ID card."

We were shocked and angry at the same time, but what could be practically done, at least the manager asked us privately, so we got up and went out as quickly as possible.

Francis was consistent on the thought of leaving the city for good, we were not sure because the risk of getting caught was pretty high and I was not ready to take it, we started to walk together towards our houses, the streets were really ghosted today, we could not spot a single guy in the street, but it looked like calmness before the storm, as we say a police patrol car approaching us, we tried to not look suspicious and keep walking straight but it pulled over in front of us, 4 CPF officers got out of the car and approached us.

"Well well well, what do we have here ladies?" One of the officers exclaimed.

"Three men on the road." Another officer replied and they started to laugh, we tried to walk past them silently but another officer blocked our way.

"Dont be such killjoys boys, come on show me your IDs please." One of the offices asked nicely, we pulled out our IDs and handed those to the officer.

"Oh look what we have here, these two are on the notice period, well good for you isn't it, finally someone will take good care of you filthy pigs." She said in disdain.

"Ladies why don't we focus on this sissy over here, clearly he does not have his ID." The officer handed back our IDs and pushed us away, all four of them gathered around Henry, one of the officers wrapped her arms around his shoulder and began touching him inappropriately, he was clearly not happy with it but we could not do anything so we began to walk away, not potentially risking getting beaten up.

As we were walking away I turned around to see, one of the officers kick Henery in the guts making him fall down on the ground, their laughter was audible almost a block away, and another officer spat on his head and dragged him by the collar inside their patrol vehicle, me and Francis both knew what was going to happen, so we without even looking at each other split up and went to our houses.

At 2 in the night, Francis called me and Henry on the conference call, "Are you two coming or now, I am leaving in one hour?"

I was not ready to take such a risk after seeing what happened to Henery just a few hours back for not just having an ID card, I said no, but Henery denied it too, he was clearly not able to speak a lot and his voice had pain in it, it was obvious that he was beaten.

"Well then, it was nice knowing you guys, my time with you was one of the best I had in my life, hopefully, we will meet again someday," Francis said in a heartfelt line and hung up the call, I kept thinking about him for a while and then drifted off in sleep.

The next few days went like minutes, I was just sitting in my house thinking about the last few days of my life, how happy I was, and then suddenly this problem came into my life, Henry and I did not meet at all in those days as Henery was too afraid to come out of his house and I didn't want to take risk as well, we used to talk to each other on the phone, Henery tried to contract few of his co-workers for the custodian contract but all of them denied, he told me that he heard the news of few people getting caught on the outskirts of the city trying to flee away, description of one of the accused was similar to Francis, we had no way of finding out for sure all we could do was to hope it was not him because the accused were being taken to concentration camps, and everyone knows what happens there.

Today was the last day of my seven-day notice to, get a custodian for myself, I was really worried, I tried to call Henery but he told me not to call him as he has got a custodian for himself and she is not allowing him to use the phone, they are soon shifting to some other city where she has got a job opportunity, he seemed really scared on the call, hearing him all scared made me super nervous too, so next thing I knew I packed my stuff up and left the house in hopes of getting away as the Cops knew about my house.

I had no idea where I was heading, all I knew was I had to leave this place, after walking for several hours, I was in the outer part of the city, thankfully no one noticed me yet, but I had to be really careful as the bag I had would send alarms to anyone spotting me, and if someone calls for the cops I was doomed, I kept thinking about where will I go after leaving the city but all my dreams ended in a second as soon as I heard the police sirens turning on behind me.

I turned around to see, it was a cop car with two policewomen sitting inside of it, both of them got out and walked towards me, I had the itch to run away but I knew it would only make things worse.

"Sir. can you identify yourself for me please." The officer spoke while approaching me.

"Do you really need me to? actually, I am in a bit of a hurry I have a train to catch."

"Oh, we are really sorry but it is protocol."

"I am Eric Walterman."

"Do you have any ID on you?"

I took out my ID and handed it to her, as soon as she saw that my ID had expired and I had no Custodian, her eyes sparked with joy.

"Oh look, Cristine, this little pig is trying to flee away illegally." The officers began to laugh, the other officer walked closer to me, I could smell her horrible breath, "Listen to me very carefully, if you have any love for your life, do as we say otherwise I will have to call an ambulance to clear up a dead body." Her voice was filled with disdain and malice but her threats were real and I didn't want to end up in a bodybag, So I started walking towards the car.

"Where we are going you won't need this," one of the officers took the trolly bag from my hands and threw it on the sidewalk, then she held my hands and pushed me onto the truck of the car and cuffed me.

"Here you go, now you are ready to go." She pushed me into the backseat, and both of the officers sat in the front seats.

The car started driving away and so did my dreams of living a normal life, She kept driving for another hour before pulling over into the police station.

As she parked her car in front of the station, A police cadet came out and opened the back door, she helped me get out of the car, and began to frisk me, "Put him in a lot of detained rats." The arresting officer spoke in a careless tone, she handed the keys of the car to the cadet and went inside the police station.

Cadet escorted me inside the police station, it was really crowded today, I suppose most of the people are here to register themselves in the government custodian scheme, but I guess it is too late for me now.

We used the lift to get to the basement, which was really filthy and smelly, the whole environment was dull like hell, and I could hear someone constantly crying from a distant room. The cadet did not care for the crying cat at all, the only reaction she had was an evil smirk on her face as she heard the crying, I did not bother to ask her anything as I didn't want to end up crying in some of the rooms down here.
