Chapter 29: A cat despair
The morning after the party, Corantin was walking alone for a change. Today, the girls had stayed in bed. He had been particularly rough with them yesterday leaving them unable to walk correctly.
This is why he was wandering through the corridors of metal bars alone this morning. He felt like it might be pointless since he should have seen every single woman available in the last week, but he refused to return home empty-handed. Furthermore, in the last few weeks, he had been blessed with uncanny luck many times and he felt like he would get another boon soon.
To smother his enthusiasm, Corantin had already examined nearly all the girls on display and the ones he missed at first were even less remarkable than the ones he rejected previously. He spent hours going from disappointment to disappointment. Suddenly, he realized he did not pay much attention to the center cells surrounding that elf. This was mostly because the area was always so crowded. He decided he could take another look around the place, maybe after a week the crowd would have thinned out at last.
To his joy, it did thin out as the day would soon turn to night. He started to walk observing the girls. To no surprise, the slaves on display were the most beautiful ones on offer. Nonetheless, while Corantin did care about beauty it first needed to ensure the girl strength. This is why he quickly stopped walking when his sight caught a bright aura. It was so large he felt stupid for having missed it before. Drawn to it like a moth to a flame, Corantin moved slowly trying to ascertain the sex of this slave.
As he approached, he recognized clear breast shape, so he accelerated eager to get a better look at this girl. She was a felune. Even though her white cat ears were droopy, they were, nonetheless, visible just like her tail flailing angrily on the floor. Her almond-colored skin also made Corantin nostalgic and aroused. Maybe he could use her to sate the fantasies he had for his old friend after all those years? As he walked toward her at a brisk pace his head filled with all the things, he wished to do to the dark skin beauty, he stopped looking at his target until he stood right in front of her.
"Huh! Amari!"
As he refocused on the girl, he was shocked. It was not a look-alike of his old friend! No, the woman captive before him was his old friend, Amari. Things were getting interesting. How did she end up like this?
When she heard her name, she raised her head and look for who said her name. When she saw the speaker face's, her worst fear where confirmed. There stood the last man she wanted to see.
"No, No, No! Not you! Moon goddess someone else please," she screamed in a panic.
