Gloria wishes everyone in the office a warm morning, and settles in her desk. So far, 2 courses are completed, and she must begin organizing her notes. Also, she has a sort of test to pass to assess her judgmental and investigative capabilities.
As she sips her coffee, she senses someone looming over her. She looks up and see this adorable, yet defiant person.
"My name is Timon, but everyone calls me Titi. Pronounced tee-tee. I know I'm beautiful. So, you're a real Miss or a phony?"
Gloria arches an eyebrow while slowly setting her coffee cup on her desk.
"Ah... yeah you're the real deal. That look is unmistakable."
"And you're an insufferable brat, with no manners and no common sense."
The beauty smiles mischievously, slightly bowing. "TouchΓ©. My apologies ma'am. I'm here to inform you Mr. Malosi wishes to see you in his office."
"Thank you. You're dismissed."
"Excuse me?" Timon snaps back with a cackle.
Then he turns around and walks away.
Gloria smirks and takes a final sip. Taking her notepad and her pen, she grabs her scarf, adorns her neck, and goes to the second in command's office. I wonder what I've done... wait...
"Good Morning Ms. Gloria, please have a seat."
"Good morning to you Mr. Malosi, thank you."
Gloria looks directly in Hemi's eyes, awaiting his actions and words. She purposely didn't look at anything in his office to indicate she wanted things to finish quickly and things to be said succinctly.
"May I be frank and direct?" Hemi doesn't miss a beat.
"Of course" Gloria responds, remaining relaxed.
"You're a Miss. I also understand Mr. Christopher has noticed you."
"Whatever you mean, Mr. Malosi?"
"Whatever might happen between you two, I don't care. However, I do care about how it might affect this business. I'll need you to sign an NDA to avoid any future complications. This will not affect your performance or its relative reviews here at Benedict Holdings, and we have zero interests in monitoring your activities. All we care about is your labor, and ensuring a fair and competitive compensation to said labor."
Gloria can feel her jaw ticking.
"For a daddy, you're quite disgraceful and brazen. What a shame."
"Inconsequential. I protect my interests, regardless if you understand or not. "
